Winter
(2019 - 2022)
Monochrome and near-monochrome studies in texture and rhythm. Dense, directional marks evoke frost formations, frozen grass, or ice seen from above — natural patterns that emerge without intention, shaped by temperature and wind.
Stripped of the color complexity found in other series, these works focus attention on surface and movement. The layered technique remains, but serves observation rather than concept — a quiet counterpoint to the saturated world.
